DYNAMICAL SYSTEM FOR EBOLA OUTBREAK WITHIN QUARANTINE AND VACCINATION TREATMENTS

چکیده

Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) is an infectious disease with a high mortality rate which caused by the virus from family of Filoviridae, genus Ebolavirus. Therefore, this research works on developing model spread SLSHVEQIHR type. The purpose study to analyze treatments, are quarantine and vaccination. Then determine equilibrium point basic reproduction number (R0). There two points, free endemic point. analysis results in show that if R0<1 than locally asymptotically stable. If R0>1 assymptotically Numerical simulations performed population dynamics when R0<1and R0>1.

Ebola and quarantine.

The governors of a number of states, including New York and New Jersey, recently imposed 21-day quarantines on health care workers returning to the United States from regions of the world where they may have cared for patients with Ebola virus disease. We understand their motivation for this policy — to protect the citizens of their states from contracting this often-fatal illness. This approac...

Optimal control analysis of Ebola disease with control strategies of quarantine and vaccination

BACKGROUND The 2014 Ebola epidemic is the largest in history, affecting multiple countries in West Africa. Some isolated cases were also observed in other regions of the world. METHOD In this paper, we introduce a deterministic SEIR type model with additional hospitalization, quarantine and vaccination components in order to understand the disease dynamics. Optimal control strategies, both in...

A Short Overview of Ebola Outbreak

Ebola virus disease (formerly known as Ebola haemorrhagic fever) is a severe, often fatal illness, with a death rate of up to 90%. The illness affects humans and nonhuman primates (monkeys, gorillas, and chimpanzees). Ebola first appeared in 1976 in two simultaneous outbreaks, one in a village near the Ebola River in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and the other in a remote area of Sudan. T...
